Renowned Mexican prog metal band Anima Tempo unveils their latest single and video through Famined Records. The four-piece band explores new sounds and expands their ever-growing sonic horizons by introducing Egyptian atmospheres to their distinctive blend of technical display, crushing riffs, and contrasting clean and harsh vocals. With “The Infinite Eye”, Anima Tempo wraps the listener into a trance that, at the rhythm of odd time signatures, leads to Pharaoh’s lands, where all their skillful artillery is displayed. Combining demanding and intricate passages with melodic moments accentuated by clean vocals, the musical direction ranges from devastating grooves with guttural growls to burning djent riffs, experimentation, and impressive chops.
With their latest single, Anima Tempo presents its cards with a killer bang that seeks to captivate progressive and death metal enthusiasts worldwide to prepare them for their upcoming album, which will be out at the end of 2021.
Made up by guitarist Dante Granados, drummer Antonio Guerrero, singer/guitarist Gian Granados, and bassist Pável Vanegas, the young Mexican band has been rocking stages internationally. They have headlined three European Tours, two Japanese tours and performed at several festivals worldwide, being just a matter of time for them to bring their experimental sound to new territories for the first time.
