“Especially The Rita & The Tiaras version of this 60s classic has always been one of my favorite numbers, it really moves me. So we hammered out this really cool, kind of eerie version for Lucifer and I asked my good friend Elin if she wants to sing it with me. She came down to Stockholm and we had a really great afternoon together at our studio recording this,” states LUCIFER frontwoman Johanna about the release.
The band is currently busy working on their new album, “Lucifer IV”, and follow up to last year’s highly praised release “Lucifer III”. Nicke adds, “We’re almost done mixing our new album “Lucifer IV” and with the risk of completely jinxing it, I think it’s safe to say we all have a pretty good feeling about this one. Obviously we like it and we can’t wait for people to hear it. If ‘Lucifer III’ was our Black Sabbath meets Fleetwood Mac album then ABBA hangs out with Trouble on this one. It’s that heavy.”
