Virginia metal stalwarts LAMB OF GOD played an explosive set at the Ronnie James Dio stage during Bloodstock Festival last year. Now you can watch the professionally-shot video for their 17-songs set below.

The set opens with a no-holds-barred rendition of “Memento Mori,” paired a punishing vocal performance from Randy Blythe. The band then takes it back to the glory days with a hammering version of “Ruin” from the “As the Palaces Burn” album. From there on, metal and aggression are pouring from every note.

LAMB OF GOD‘s Live Nation-produced most recent U.S. headlining tour featured special guests KILLSWITCH ENGAGE on all dates. Different legs also saw support from BARONESS, MOTIONLESS IN WHITE, SPIRITBOX, ANIMALS AS LEADERS as well as SUICIDE SILENCE and FIT FOR AN AUTOPSY

The band’s latest album “Omens”was released in October. The LP was the follow-up to LAMB OF GOD‘s self-titled album, which arrived in June 2020. That effort marked LAMB OF GOD‘s first recordings with drummer Art Cruz, who joined the band in July 2019 as the replacement for the group’s founding drummer, Chris Adler.

The recently shared, nearly 90-minute video, “Lamb Of God: Live In Portland”, captured LAMB OF GOD on the “Omens” tour and included cuts from the band’s latest album, “Omens”, the 2020 self-titled effort and classics from the group’s catalog.
