Lucer is one of the most successful rock bands in Denmark, and at this point, they have become a non-stopping machine. After releasing their “L.A. Collection” record in late July – a bold step going more traditionally hard rock, they embarked on a trip of showing the upcoming album, single by single. From which “Empire” is already the third one. And it comes with an official music video which we are premiering here today.
Pure power is the theme on “Empire”. The power to overcome your deepest fears, struggles, or worst enemies. The song is the hardest ever from Lucer, and is the key to the new sound of the band. The quartet is fronted by the brothers Lasse & Anders Bøgemark on vocals, bas and guitars, plus Kristoffer Kristensen and Jonathan Nørgaard on guitars and drums. It is on the big stages, Lucerhave gotten a reputation, being a explosive and energetic live band, delivering amazing experiences every time. With a brand new sound, the band has a its mind on living up to the reputation, being the most promising rock band from Denmark in more than 10 years.
The new single from the Danish four-piece fore-shows the band’s third album “The New World”, which will be released in the winter, and is made in close collaboration with producer and H.E.R.O front-man Christoffer Stjerne.
