SKID ROW has released the official music video for “Tear It Down”, the second single from the band’s upcoming studio album, “The Gang’s All Here”, which will arrive on October 14 via earMUSIC.

Commented SKID ROW bassist Rachel Bolan: ‘Tear It Down’ is about breaking down barriers, because coexisting isn’t about building walls, it’s about getting rid of them.”

The video, produced by Take 2 Productions / Rosey Media, was filmed in SKID ROW‘s former home state of New Jersey and perfectly captures the raw and gritty nature of the band’s music. It’s cliché to say that a band has all their lives to write a first album. The truth is that they spend the rest of their lives trying to understand how they did it. “The Gang’s All Here” is the octane of an attitude that’s been festering since the band formed in 1986. Producer Nick Raskulinecz lit a creative wildfire by challenging them to deconstruct good ideas and rebuild them into something even better, something timeless. He became the arbiter of their legacy, daring them to revert to instinct and be the same rambunctious kids who made their first two albums. There is no time for waiting around — “Tear it Down!”

SKID ROW recorded most of “The Gang’s All Here” in Nashville, Tennessee with producer Nick Raskulinecz, who has previously worked with FOO FIGHTERS, STONE SOUR, HALESTORM, EVANESCENCE, RUSH and ALICE IN CHAINS, among many others.

In May, SKID ROW shared the music video for “The Gang’s All Here” title track.

“By the fans, for the fans!” was the mantra for “The Gang’s All Here” video, as SKID ROW called upon its loyal and dedicated fan-base to help create the video by submitting live footage and photos from SKID ROW‘s recent 2022 concerts, as well as behind-the-scenes rehearsal moments. The video is a testament to the power SKID ROW has both on and off stage, as well as the chemistry within the band and with their fans.

‘The Gang’s All Here’, for me, represents the brotherhood of this band,” said guitarist Scotti Hill. “And with the addition of [new singer]Erik [Grönwall], our bond is more solid than ever. Our fans have always been part of the family, so when it was time to shoot a video, we handed the camera work over to them. After all, they have the best perspective to capture the excitement of a SKID ROW show.”

The album is available for pre-order now in multiple configurations, including CD Digipak/1LP Gatefold (black, 180g); Ltd Splattered 1LP Gatefold (splattered black/white/red, 180g); Ltd Colored 1LP Gatefold (red transparent, 180g); Ltd Colored 1LP Gatefold (white, 180g). Pre-order it HERE

SKID ROW bassist Rachel Bolan and guitarist Dave “Snake” Sabo said in a statement: “We are beyond excited to release this record. It has been a long time in the making and a lot of hard work has been put into it by the band and our producer Nick Raskulinecz. The addition of Erik has lifted the songs to new heights. Add all this to the fact that we start our world tour in Las Vegas with the SCORPIONS residency this Saturday at Zappos Theater makes it easy to say that SKID ROW is going to have a great year.”
