Fans of unrelenting death metal have a busy fall ahead. American death metal legends Nile will hit the road this summer and fall, teaming up with Canadian extreme metallers Cryptopsy for an extensive U.S. tour. The two bands will be joined by The Last Ten Seconds Of Life and Cognitive for most dates.
The run spans 25 shows across the East Coast, Midwest, and Pacific Northwest. It’s a chance for fans to experience some of the most technical and brutal sounds in the genre, delivered by a stacked lineup.
Cryptopsy shared their enthusiasm about the upcoming trek: “We are so excited to bring An Insatiable Violence to the United States. It’s a pleasure to tour amongst friends, and this lineup is incredibly stacked! Our new album was written for a live setting. The songs are more brutal and grooving so that people can really latch on and bang their heads.”
Pre-sale for the tour begins today (Wednesday, June 4) at noon Eastern Time, with the password “UNDERWORLD”. General ticket sales open this Friday, June 6 at 10 a.m. local time.
