Prepare to raise your fists and bellow along, metal-heads! After a ten-year absence from American soil, the legendary Manowar is finally returning to grace us with their epic presence. Mark your calendars for November 30th, 2024, as the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, New York, prepares to host what promises to be a night of pure, unadulterated heavy metal thunder.

The news was delivered in a video message by bassist and bandleader Joey DeMaio: “This is Joey DeMaio from Manowar and I have just returned from signing the contract that will bring Manowar back to America. November 30th next year, Manowar will take the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn apart, taking the roof off the place. So watch social media and pay attention as tickets go on sale this coming Wednesday. We’ll see you there.”

Manowar‘s last foray onto U.S. stages dates back to February 2014, when they celebrated the 25th anniversary of their landmark album “Kings Of Metal” with the aptly named “Kings Of Metal MMXIV” tour. Unfortunately, a planned follow-up in November of that same year was abruptly canceled, leaving American fans hungry for more.

But fret no more, die-hard disciples, the wait is almost over. This Brooklyn bash marks a new chapter for Manowar, a triumphant return after a decade of anticipation. And with only two original members remaining – the mighty DeMaio himself, now 69 years young, and the ever-powerful vocalist Eric Adams, a sprightly 71 – you can be sure they’ll be pouring every ounce of their passion and experience into this performance.

The excitement doesn’t stop there. This Brooklyn show is just a prelude to Manowar‘s “The Blood Of Our Enemies” European tour in 2025, a mammoth trek in support of their upcoming studio album, due to arrive early 2025. And as a special treat for their German fans, they unleashed a blistering new single this past February, ‘Laut Und Hart Stark Und Schnell’ (meaning ‘Loud And Hard Strong And Fast’). This anthemic mid-tempo hymn is a true call to arms, inviting fans to join in a collective celebration of all things metal, proving that Manowar‘s fire burns brighter than ever.
