Robert Berry is realizing a 30 year old dream with the release of 3.2 album “The Rules Have Changed”, scheduled to hits the streets on August 10, 2018 via Frontier Records. This is and forever will be the last works of keyboard legend Keith Emerson, as the two were working on this project when Keith passed away in March of 2016. The two were noted for releasing the progressive-rock album ‘3’  – To The Power Of Three, with Carl Palmer in March of 1988. The 3 album contained the hit ‘Talkin Bout’ which topped the Billboard Charts at #9.

Sonic Perspectives correspondents Ron Matthews and Geno Salvati sat down with Berry, and in a very friendly and relaxed conversation they explored the creation of this material with Keith and the excitement building in the prog-rock world due to the album release, along with stories of touring with Keith and Carl in the band 3. Robert Berry is a world renowned musician, producer, composer and singer-songwriter who has performed with such legendary bands as Hush, GTR, Alliance3, Sammy Hagar, Ambrosia and The Greg Kihn Band, and he continues to produce such bands as Tempest and numerous solo projects.
