The unstoppable creative force known as Magnus Karlsson is back with a new project that stands out from the previous work he has done before. This time, his impressive mastery focuses on creating a symphonic metal opera under the Heart Healer moniker, which is set to release its debut album titled “The Metal Opera by Magnus Karlsson” on March 12, 2021.

Hear Healer’s debut album is the result of Magnus’s growing interest in orchestral music. Through “The Metal Opera by Magnus Karlsson”, the Swedish mastermind accomplishes an exquisite blend of epic orchestration with metal, enriched by the graceful voices of seven splendid female vocalists.

Correspondent Brian Masso spoke with Magnus Karlsson about the creation of Heart Healer, how he tackled his most ambitious work to date, his main reason to choose an only ladies singer’s cast, their selection process, and some details about the story. Besides, they talked about any intentions for a follow-up to “The Metal Opera by Magnus Karlsson” and the possibility of performing live shows once the current situation allows it. Also, Magnus provided some exciting updates regarding his next projects, what he has been listening lately, and if he intends to take a break at some point, among other things.
