Jonas Lindberg started his band project The Other Side back in 2013 after having already released an EP “In Secret Pace” in 2008, which was recorded as an exam-project at the Music Academy in Piteå, Sweden. The high quality of his songwriting, musicianship and production has largely been a well-kept secret but that’s about to change with “Miles From Nowhere”, being released on Inside Out Music. Boasting an extremely strong showing of modern progressive rock talent, this is sure to become a favorite of many listeners in 2022.
Sonic Perspectives wanted to hear the story from Lindberg himself: how he got started and how his career has progressed to this point.
