Cinderella front-man Tom Keifer and his #keiferband recently embarked on a U.S., with support from WINGER and former Mötley Crüe singer John Corabi. One of the tour stops happened two days ago at New York’s Palladium Times Square, and it you miss the magic of rock music which reigned supreme during the second part of the 80s, I truly hope you were in attendance.

Opening the night, John Corabi treated the audience to an enchanting acoustic jam session, showcasing his incredible talent that has stood the test of time. With his mesmerizing charisma, John effortlessly took the audience through a career journey, back to his days with Union, The ScreamMötley Crüe and even veered into more recent times with The Dead Daisies, reminding us why he was hailed as the standout vocalist of his era. The crowd couldn’t resist joining in as he belted out the iconic “Hooligan’s Holiday,” and his charismatic stage presence created an deep connection with the fans, despite it was a one man and his guitar show, and certainly a short one. Amidst the cheers and applause, John playfully poked fun at the infamous movie “The Dirt,” reliving some of his “etched in history” moments with the Crüe boys. Undeniably, John Corabi remains one of the finest voices in the realm of hard rock, and this night only served as a confirmation of his talents.

Taking the stage as the second act, Winger brought their timeless sound to captivate the audience. Kip Winger, with his vocals untouched by time, led the band through an energetic collection of ongs from the band’s already extensive catalog, reminding us why they are regarded as one of the most influential air-metal bands of the 80s, even if they were always too qualified/serious with their craft musicians to fit into the excessive-infamous genre that was born on Sunset Strip. A band still counting with all its original members after many decades, Winger united to deliver a show that had fans singing along fervently to their beloved classics like “Miles Away” and “Headed for a Heartbreak.” The atmosphere was electric as nostalgia mingled with the raw energy of their performance, transporting everyone back to an era brimming with rock ‘n’ roll glory, punctuated by the amaze-balls solo of Reb Beach half-way through the set.

However, the pinnacle of the night belonged to Tom Keifer, the legendary front-man of Cinderella. From the first note, it was clear that Tom‘s voice, even after undergoing vocal surgery, had lost none of its power. With a seamless blend of blues and rock ‘n’ roll, he led his band through a set-list that offered the audience a truly unforgettable musical journey, evoking a sense of nostalgia that made us feel as though we had stepped into a time capsule from the 80s to 90s. Tom Keifer‘s unwavering dedication to his craft shone brightly as he poured his heart and soul into each song, leaving the audience awe-inspired and craving for more.

In the end, Tom Keifer‘s Live and Loud 2023, accompanied by the undeniable talents of John Corabi and Winger, became a night to be cherished forever. It was an evening that transported us to a bygone era, where the passion, energy, and sheer brilliance of these artists reigned supreme. As the final chords reverberated through the air, we were left with a profound sense of gratitude for being part of this memorable experience.
