The Black Crowes, the Grammy- and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame–nominated rock band, revisit their celebrated 1994 album Amorica in a new episode of Recorded Live At Analog, presented by United Family of Cards from Chase. The PBS series, filmed at Analog in Nashville, features live performances across genres like rock, Americana, country, and jazz.
Led by brothers Chris and Rich Robinson, The Black Crowes brought Amorica to the Analog stage for episode seven of the show’s second season, performing for a small crowd of fans and United Cardmembers seated just a few feet from the stage. The group shared personal stories behind the songs and delivered the album in full, performing standout tracks like “Wiser Time,” “P. 25 London,” “A Conspiracy,” and more. Frontman Chris Robinson’s commanding vocals paired with the band’s deep rhythm-and-blues grooves brought the music vividly to life. The set closed with an encore of the Southern rock favorite “Remedy.”
The performance celebrates the 30th anniversary of Amorica, which returns November 14 as a deluxe remastered edition featuring seven previously unreleased recordings. Fans can stream the concert for free on YouTube starting Thursday, October 16. National television broadcasts will follow on public television stations, with local listings available for viewing times. The episode was produced by iMaggination Inc., presented on public television by WNPT Nashville PBS, and directed by Pat Heaphy / LCM247.
Chris Robinson reflected on revisiting the classic record, saying: “Revisiting Amorica in Nashville felt like coming home… A chance to reconnect with a record that defined a chapter for us. It was great to be able to share it with fans in a way that felt so personal.”

Recently, the band earned their first Grammy nomination in over 30 years for Happiness Bastards in the “Best Rock Album” category and received a 2025 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nomination.
