After forty years on the road, earning 14 gold records, and performing across 80 countries, Sepultura has become one of the most influential metal groups of their generation, carrying Brazil’s sound and identity to audiences around the world.
The band has now announced their final-ever Irish headlining performance, scheduled for Sunday, August 9, 2026, at the 3Arena. The event is part of their Celebrating Life Through Death farewell tour and will feature a stacked lineup with special guests Biohazard, Malevolence, Sacred Reich, and Crypta.
In a message to fans, Sepultura shared: Dublin! We couldn’t think of a better place to play our final ever European show than your beautiful city and to be joined by our friends in Biohazard, Malevolence, Sacred Reich and Crypta will make this an event not to be missed. See you next August!
For this concluding run, the band has brought in 23-year-old American drummer Greyson Nekrutman, whose technical skill has added a new dynamic to the lineup. Together, the four-piece has been touring throughout North America, Europe, and Latin America, performing a set that spans their entire catalog and honors four decades of music. Their farewell journey will continue across multiple continents, culminating in 2026.
