Hard rock powerhouse Saint Asonia have unleashed an electrifying take on the Black Sabbath classic “Paranoid,” paying tribute to the legendary Ozzy Osbourne and honoring the song that helped lay the foundation for heavy metal. The cover arrives alongside an official visualizer, which you can watch below.

Adam Gontier comments on the cover: “We actually recorded this cover of Sabbath years ago while we were recording the Extrovert EP. Obviously, it didn’t end up on the EP, and when we recently lost Ozzy, we all talked and decided now was the time to put it out there. It’s just our own little tribute to the band and the man who changed the landscape of heavy music forever and opened the door for bands like us. We love you Oz.”

Fronted by Adam Gontier (Three Days Grace) and joined by Staind guitarist Mike MushokSaint Asonia deliver a blistering version of the iconic 1970 anthem with their own unmistakable intensity. With razor-sharp riffs, a thunderous rhythm section, and Gontier’s gritty, soaring vocals, the band’s cover breathes new life into “Paranoid” while saluting the Prince of Darkness himself.
