Death Metal legends Obituary have just announced two live albums. Obituary is now streaming “Slowly We Rot – Live & Rotting” and “Cause of Death – Live Infection,” with physical copies available to pre-order here out August 26.
“Slowly We Rot – Live & Rotting” and “Cause of Death – Live Infection” were filmed by Odd Life Studios, directed by Lief Thomason in October 2020, recorded and mixed by long time producer Joe Cincotta, and mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege, both live albums capture Obituary as one of death metal’s most ripping and unrelenting bands.
This announcement follow a previous one about the band taking part on an upcoming death metal rollercoaster tour with Amon Amarth, Carcass, and Cattle Decapitation.
