Buenos Aires, brace yourselves for another thrash metal monsoon! Megadeth, fueled by the electrifying energy of Argentinian fans, has just announced a third show at the Movistar Arena on April 16th. This comes after their initial concert on April 13th vanished in minutes, followed by a second date snapped up in just two hours.

“Argentina fans! We were so blown away by the love you showed us,” the band gushed in a statement. Clearly, the “Aguante Megadeth” spirit (meaning “Megadeth rocks”) is alive and well, echoing back to their 1994 debut in the country.

This Latin American leg of the “Crush The World” tour is shaping up to be legendary, kicking off in Lima, Peru on April 6th and tearing through Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, and Mexico before culminating in this Buenos Aires triple threat. And remember, frontman Dave Mustaine promised a “really big surprise” for the first show – could it be a guest appearance from a past member, a deep-cut fan favorite, or maybe even a tango interlude with Mustaine on the bandoneon? We’ll just have to wait and see.

One thing’s for sure: with Teemu Mäntysaari shredding on guitar and the band firing on all cylinders, these Buenos Aires shows are guaranteed to be an unforgettable metal moshpit. So if you haven’t secured your tickets yet, click HERE and snag some before they’re gone.
