IGORRR have released “Opus Brain,” a fitting document to the bands atmospheric and experimental live performance. The video was filmed live during the band’s performance at Pol’and’Rock Festival on July 30th, 2021, and comes off the 2017 album Savage Sinusoid, deemed by Metal Injection as “an awe-inspiring work of chaos and technicality.” Watch “Opus Brain” below.
Led by architect Gautier Serre, IGORRR welcomes two new vocalists, Aphrodite Patoulidou and JB Le Bail. Rounded out by drummer Sylvain Bouvier and guitarist Martyn Clément, IGORRR has become something of a collective, rather than the work of one man alone, which has further broadened the scope of Gautier‘s music without sacrificing integrity. “I just want to make the music I love, without asking myself if it’s gonna be too complex or too far from what people like. No restrictions, like a big party with metalheads, electronics nerds, classical and baroque-heads and gypsy violinists getting drunk and joining together to bring the best of every genre!”
