After four hugely successful years in the United States, Ice Nine Kills will debut its first-ever horror convention in the United Kingdom with Silver Scream Con London. The event will take place on December 13 and 14 at the Cumberland Hotel in Marble Arch, immediately following the band’s first U.K. arena headline tour, which concludes on December 12 at OVO Arena Wembley.
Frontman Spencer Charnas explained the decision to expand internationally: “When we began discussing the international expansion of Silver Scream Con, the U.K. felt like the perfect starting point. London has such a rich horror tradition and has always been wickedly kind to our band. Like an American Werewolf in London, the first-ever Silver Scream Con U.K. is certain to raise some hell!”
Charnas has long been involved in horror conventions, both as a fan growing up and now as a guest around the globe. That background, combined with the work of experienced event organizers, has helped Silver Scream Con build a strong reputation. Fans who attend can expect appearances from celebrity guests tied to well-known horror franchises, Q&A sessions, rare photo opportunities, and interactive experiences.
The convention quickly became one of the leading horror gatherings in the United States. Originally held near Salem, Massachusetts, it outgrew that venue within two years and relocated to the much larger DCU Center in Worcester. Now, the event is expanding overseas to meet the demands of Ice Nine Kills’ growing international fanbase. A full list of programming and guests will be revealed soon, though Terrifier director Damien Leone and actor David Howard Thornton (best known as Art The Clown) are already confirmed to attend.
Tickets for Silver Scream Con London will be available starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 29 here.
The London convention follows directly after Ice Nine Kills’ massive European A Work Of Art tour, which closes out 2025 with the band’s signature theatrical, horror-inspired performances. The run also features support from Creeper and The Devil Wears Prada, culminating in the group’s biggest U.K. show to date at Wembley Arena before heading straight into the convention weekend.
Attendance has steadily grown at Silver Scream Con. Last year’s event at Worcester’s DCU Center drew about 2,000 attendees on opening day and over 5,000 on day two, surpassing the entire three-day total of 5,000 recorded in 2023 when it was held in Danvers.
