On November 10, fans in Coral Springs, Florida, will have the rare opportunity to celebrate with Doro Pesch as she hosts a special album release event at Rock N Roll Ribs. The legendary singer will debut her new album, Warriors Of The Sea, during an intimate evening that includes a full album listening session, meet-and-greet, autograph signing, personal photo opportunities, dinner, drinks, and a live Q&A session with Doro herself. Tickets and event details are available here.
With Warriors Of The Sea, the German metal icon bridges the gap for fans awaiting her next studio release while kicking off her winter touring season.
This release stands out for its innovation. For the first time in her four-decade career, Doro is issuing an album as a liquid-filled vinyl — a unique format that allows the record to be filled with an actual drinkable liquid. As Doro explained: “The record is filled with blue curaçao! We first considered Rhine water, but the liqueur is simply better in color and taste!”
The album is being released through Doro’s own label, Rare Diamonds Production, and distributed by Edel. In addition to the limited liquid-filled vinyl, Warriors Of The Sea will also be available as a CD digipak and a picture disc vinyl.
The idea for the project was inspired by Doro’s two sold-out Metal Queen Metal Cruises earlier this year, held in late May and early June. The success of those events — along with a third cruise already scheduled for June 6, 2026 — created a strong demand for new material.
The album’s title track was written by Doro as an anthem for the cruise and quickly became a fan favorite at summer festivals worldwide. The remaining nine tracks are a handpicked collection centered on “Warriors” and “Cruise” themes. Each track is a rare gem meant for longtime fans and collectors. Side A features studio rarities, while Side B includes live performances from Doro’s sold-out 2024–2025 tour dates.
Earlier this year, on March 31, Doro was honored with a lifetime achievement award in her hometown of Düsseldorf. The award was presented to her in a ceremonial setting by Klaus Meine, the frontman of Scorpions.
The honor celebrated Doro’s groundbreaking legacy, which began in the 1980s with her band Warlock. As one of the first women to break into the male-dominated heavy metal scene, she became a global trailblazer. With over 10 million albums sold and more than 3,500 concerts performed across 60 countries, the Düsseldorf native remains one of the most successful and influential female rock artists of all time.
Doro’s previous album, Conqueress – Forever Strong And Proud, was released in October 2023 through Nuclear Blast, continuing her enduring legacy as metal’s reigning queen.
