Friedrich Stenzel was born on 9th of April 1993 in Dresden, Germany and discovered his love for music at a very young age. His admiration for Mark Knopfler’s guitar playing made him pick up a guitar at the age of 7. Between 2013 and 2017 he studied music with main subjects jazz/rock/pop-guitar and Instrumental Education at the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber in Dresden, before he decided to specialize in a different profession. He has been studying medicine at KL University in Krems, Austria since 2017, while keeping his passion for music by writing music reviews and playing with different bands reaching from spontaneous jazz projects to his own symphonic metal band, Maced More. His favorite artists are Genesis, Steely Dan, Dream Theater and Mark Knopfler.
